Here's a peek at a little monkey that I recently made for a special order. As the newest member of the lovey family, he definitely needs a name. Any ideas? Leave a comment.

Have You Heard?
So, there is some excitement happening in Eugene, Oregon this coming weekend. All you crafty people who want to Come Play on November 1st should definitely check out this site. There is also going to be a
Creative Boutique on November 2nd with lots of great handmade items (featuring yours truly) and supplies to feed your imaginative soul. I am so very, very sad that I won't be able to be there in person. But so very, very happy to be able to send my little creations in my place.
I have been working on some charming little booties:
And some new additions to the lovey family:
Well, I'm off to finish a Halloween costume - more on that later!

Remember Me?
Wow! Can you believe that it's September already? The whole summer has gone by since I last checked in. There have been camping trips, family reunions, and girls weekends away during this crazy short summer. I have also had quite the obsession with knitted dishcloths. They are so pretty! They almost make cleaning fun (almost). I have a couple of new ideas swirling around in my head for fall and winter, but until then, I'll leave you with a photo of this cute little knitted ball that is currently listed in my etsy store (see link on right side). It's so squishy and fun - my boys just love it! And the colors are some of my favorites.

Etsy
Thanks to all my family members and friends who are out spreading the word. You guys keep it up and I'll just roll up my sleeves and keep knitting.
And - I am so rude! My terrific sister-in-law, Kristin Michael took all the great photos of my little creations here on this blog. Probably the quietest photo shoot she has ever had! You can find a link to her website on the right side of the page. She is super talented so be sure to click and take a peek at all her beautiful photos. Thanks again, Kris!
One more thing - see the adorable drawing (look up) that my Owen (he's 5 - almost 6) made for my shop? I smile every time I look at it. He is so amazing and creative and talented. Thanks, buddy.

Pleased to Meet You.
Say hello to my little friends. We have Fritz the frog, Nelson the cat, and Polly the bunny. They were originally designed to be loveys for your little ones to snuggle, but they would be equally sweet just hanging around in the nursery. Each friend measures approximately 15 inches in length and are hand-knitted with care out of the softest blend of soy/cotton/poly yarns. I recommend hand washing and air drying to keep your treasured friend looking its best. The color of their scarves can be changed to better suit your needs; just include that information in your e-mail.
I am selling these loveys at $28.00 each with $4.00 for shipping and handling. Priority shipping can also be arranged for an additional charge. Just send me an e-mail if you are interested. Please keep in mind that all items are individually hand-crafted with love by me, so at certain times it could take up to two weeks to receive your order. I take Pay-Pal and will happily send you an invoice prior to our transaction.
Thanks for taking a peek.

Sweet, Dependable Polly.
Silly, Lovable Fritz.
Content, Snuggly Nelson.
